ghotel hotel & living in munich was even better than my previous stay. the location was excellent, close to public transport, shopping, and restaurants. the room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped with a kitchenette. the staff were friendly and responsive. highly recommended!

Kitchenette is very useful, great location right at Rotkreuzplatz. Excellent choice of TV channels, nice newly fitted-out gym.

Standard rooms are street side - not noisy, but a bit dark. Worth paying for the superior rooms if your budget allows.

I received a superior room and was nothing special considering the rate. Breackfast was also nothing more than a standard, whorse than the beautiful Austrian breackfast I was used to.

The hotel is well-located and easily accessible by public transport. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and all necessary amenities. the hotel offered great Christmas decorations that contributed to the festive spirit.

The hotel was quite noisy. Despite the double-glazed windows, we could hear noise from the street and other guests in the corridors.

Convenience to transport, efficient staff, kitchenette, laundry facilities, safe in-room. This was my second stay!

Could do with another 5 coat-hangers and a second pillow. Extortionate wifi rates.

The mini-kitchen was extremely convenient. The bed was comfortable. and all I would expect was provided. Good shower. Good cleaning service. U-bahn station just round the corner next to good restaurant. Useful shops nearby.

The hotel is located near the subway station, which made it easy for me to get around the city. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. On top of that, the room was incredibly clean. I had a great experience with the hotel facilities.

The receptionists of the hotel are not friendly at all, everytime we asked them seomthing it seemed that we gave them trouble. They even accused us of not paying for having breakfast (which we did not) when we check out. but we insisted that we didn't take any so finally they let us go. will not stay in this hotel again, though the location is really excellent.
